Usability Testing

In 2016 we were asked to help a voting systems company audit the accessibility of their technology by developing a strict rubric for task analysis, along with formulating and conducting a field test.

We are firm believers that technology should empower and work for everyone, especially so when it's the tech applied to democracy. Our findings enabled Dominion to identify areas of friction, supplied insight for additional design solutions, and ultimately assisted in the certification of their systems.
